Straight answers
Any connector on our integrations page is installed and configured at no cost with your annual API subscription, and we keep it working as the third-party APIs change.
Platform updates, security patches and new core features are part of the licence. There is no upgrade version to buy.
Support comes from the team that built your system. It is not metered, and there is no per-incident charge.
Migration in is included. If you ever leave, you get an export of your data at no charge.
Stated plainly, so there are no surprises: additional users beyond the ten included at £20 a month each, bespoke development for modules that do not exist yet, which is scoped and fixed before work begins, and paid third-party services such as SMS credits or a Stripe account, which you buy directly from the provider at their price rather than through us at a markup.
